Design Meeting

We schedule a collaborative design meeting with our in-house design team to discuss your vision for your new home.

Design Creation

Using your design inspiration, we create:

A custom floor plan for your home
Exterior elevation design
Full interior and exterior renderings to help you visualize your future home

Next Steps for Building Permit Submission

If you're ready to proceed, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including the preparation of all required plans for building permit submission.

How Does It Work?

Have some ideas to start your custom home design? Want to see what can be created prior to jumping into the full build? We have the perfect program for you. Midnight's Design Package is a no obligation, one-time fee for all the design work required.

The payment schedule is easy as well - 50% on commencement and 50% prior to the commencement of working drawings. If further schedules are required, this will be customized to your build on our online portal system. Payments can be made by: credit card, cash, bank wire/direct deposit, or cheque. (Sorry no crypto at this time)

Ultimately, the cost of the build is one of, if not, the most important factor in considering the style, features and finishes, size, and potential start date of a new build

To date, our most popular and asked-about package. This expands on the great Classic Series and offers more luxuries - larger millwork quantities and choices, feature wall, fireplaces, waterfall island, upgraded flooring selections, and more! Always Tarion Warranted and built to Ontario Building Code standards.

Gold Series Package
