HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BUILD?

  • Ultimately, the cost of the build is one of, if not, the most important factor in considering the style, features and finishes, size, and potential start date of a new build
  •  Understanding these implicated, we have created three separate Features Packages for any Midnight build:
    • * Classic Series Package
    * Black Series Package
    *Gold Series Package
    *Diamond Series Package

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    During the design phase, this is where you can explore the best package for you and your family! All of our packages offer the ability to add upgrades on an a la carte basis. It's very flexible.
    As we understand your architectural and interior design needs, our design team will guide you on the package that is most cost-effective for the items you require.
    After going through the final budget after permits are achieved, the final package can be decided on to best suit your end goal - financially and otherwise.

    Classic Series Package: 
      This is our entry-level package. It offers all the latest and greatest in new build technology. Cost-effective finishes to help manage the budget.  Great choices on flooring, tiling, kitchen millwork, and more. Always Tarion Warranted and built to Ontario Building Code standards.
    Starting from the lower $300s/sq ft. 
    Black Series Package: 
      • To date, our most popular and asked about package. This expands on the great Classic Series and offers more luxuries - larger millwork quantities and choices, feature wall, fireplaces, waterfall island, upgraded flooring selections, and more! Always Tarion Warranted and built to Ontario Building Code standards.
    Starting from the mid $300s/sq ft. 
    Gold Series Package: 
      • Our most luxurious package offering. All elements are upgraded to ensure no items are missed.  Extensive choice throughout on flooring, millwork, exterior facade elements, fireplace mantles, trim, and more!
    Starting from the high 400s/sq ft.
     
    Diamond Series Package: 
      • Our Diamond Package is customized to your specific build to ensure nothing has to be added. All elements of the Gold + your bespoke features! Lux finishes on the interior, exterior, and backyard!
     
    Pricing is customized to the plan. The minimum spend is $500/sq+.
